Example scope changes for adding public cloud

Remember that enterprise scopes are used for the hierarchy and for new users that you create in an enterprise. If your administrators and users do not have the enterprise default scope, edit user scopes as follows:

• To allow administrators to manage public cloud providers or regions, edit your existing administrator scopes to add providers or regions
• Optionally edit your existing user scopes to add the public cloud regions
