The following buttons enable the user to control physical machines.
| Button | Function |
|---|---|
| Send email to owners |
 | Retrieve or import VMs |
 | Capture retrieved VM |
 | Release a captured VM |
 | Delete retrieved VMs that were not imported |
 | Disable machine. In order to prevent VMs deploying on the host, click Disable machine |
 | To re-enable a machine, restart it if necessary, then check the hypervisor, then click the enable button. See /wiki/spaces/ABI54/pages/310740047 |
