Ubuntu OVAs for testing

Abiquo 6.2.0 introduces Ubuntu OVAs for testing. You should still run your production systems on CentOS 7, but you can test the new Ubuntu OVAs in your lab environments.

Abiquo 6.3 will run on Ubuntu, and Abiquo will define the migration process for this version, with notes about how to copy the configuration files and database.
