Cost usage report examples

Abiquo cost usage reports let you visualize your cloud costs. So you can create a report for an enterprise to display all its cloud costs for a month broken down on a daily basis (with a Granularity of DAY).

Or you can create a more detailed report for a specific account in private or public cloud. You can also create a report to display the cost usage for all tenants in a reseller, or a keynode. In this case, you can also set Group by to ACCOUNTID.

Reports to detect unexpected costs

To detect unexpected costs in different regions, you can create a daily or monthly report for a provider, and group by region.

To check for unexpected costs, you can also create a monthly report for an account, an organization, or a group of tenants, and group by category (e.g. AWS service), and optionally, also group by usage type.

Reports to define Saving Plans

When you filter by Provider and group by Category for Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud, you can check the cost of your compute services.

Then when you also group by usage type, you can display the most used instance type.

Abiquo displays the usage type in the format: usage type = family + "-" + instance type.
