Display global virtual resources

The Cloud global section contains virtual resources that are available across more than one cloud location.  The platform will display Azure Resource groups and Google Global (VPC) networks in this section.

To access the Cloud global section, the user must be able to access All virtual datacenters, which means that they have the privilege "No VDC restriction" or the administrator did not limit their access to any specific virtual datacenters. 

The icon for the Cloud global section is the global symbol:
