Control user access to VMs

Abiquo controls some of the user actions on a VM at the level of the virtual appliance (VApp).

The Edit virtual appliance details privilege lets the user open the Edit VM dialog, and it also lets the user do more actions, in combination with other privileges as shown in the following table.
