Abiquo cloud reseller hierarchy
This page describes a reseller hierarchy with reseller and customer tenant levels that will enable you to use features for managing or operating public or private cloud resellers, and Azure CSP or AWS partner accounts.
Basic reseller hierarchy
Usually you will represent a reseller with a reseller enterprise, and their customers with customer enterprises.
So you can create a basic reseller hierarchy with just two levels.

Abiquo defines the reseller hierarchy using Abiquo scopes.
Multi-level reseller hierarchy
Customers can have further levels, such as, departments. In public cloud, the departments may have their own AWS accounts or Azure Plans subscriptions.
So an example of a reseller hierarchy of cloud tenants could be:
Platform owner → reseller → customers → departments.
The following diagram shows a multi-level reseller hierarchy

Define a multi-level reseller hierarchy with scopes
In public cloud, a typical reseller hierarchy will have customers and the customers may have an additional level of enterprises for multiple tenant subscriptions or accounts.
Each customer will have its own scope and the Parent scope of the customer scope should be the Reseller scope
.

Reseller hierarchy options
If a customer has their own public cloud account, which they contracted directly from the provider, then you may add their cloud account with a key node, as shown with Customer2
in the diagram below.
If each subtenant will manage its own users, you can also create individual scopes for the subtenant enterprises. This model is shown with Customer3
in the diagram below.
