Restricted reseller branding

Abiquo 6.1.3 improves reseller branding so you can prevent resellers from modifying elements that may also be part of the base theme, including domains, the login CSS configuration, and the cookie bar.

This improvement includes a new privilege to control access to these theme elements in the UI.

The cloud admin can create a list of prohibited domains, using the abiquo.themes-management.excluded.domains property on the API server.

When the cloud administrator creates a theme for a reseller, they can specify the reseller domain, and the login CSS configuration, and so on.

If the reseller admin has the privilege to Manage reseller themes, they can edit their theme. But if the reseller admin does not have the Manage theme login configuration privilege, they cannot change the Domains, Login css configuration, or Cookies bar.

As usual, the changes to the reseller theme will display after the user refreshes their browser window.
