VHD deployment (HyperV)

Abiquo is currently revising the installation process and VHD images are currently not available for Abiquo 5.0. Please contact Abiquo Support for more information

Download the corresponding VHD file to the HyperV host
Open the HyperV manager
Create a new VM and connect it to the downloaded VHD file
Start the VM
Log into the VM and edit /usr/local/abiquo/settings file accordingly to your setup.
Execute the command below, and the VM will configure all the services and reboot the server after.
origin=settings /usr/local/abiquo/setup |& tee /var/log/setup

The server bootstrap will be executed and the appliance will reboot once the process is finished.

Once the server is up again, it should work as specified in /usr/local/abiquo/settings file.
