VM template	A VM template consists of a template definition and disk images. The template definition describes the VM that you can create from the template
Create a VM	When you create a VM from a template, the platform registers the VM and its template. You can now configure the VM before you launch it.
Deploy a VM	When you deploy a VM, the platform launches it into the hypervisor or cloud provider. In private cloud, the platform copies the disks from the template library and creates the VM in the hypervisor based on the user configuration.
Reconfigure a VM	After you deploy the VM, you can reconfigure the VM to make changes.
Create an instance to save changes	You can power off the VM and save your changes to the VM disks as a VM template, which is called an "Instance".
Undeploy a VM	When you undeploy the VM, the platform will destroy it in the hypervisor and delete all the data from the VM disks.
Redeploy a VM	When you deploy a VM again, the platform will copy the VM disk from the Apps library again. This means that you will lose any changes you made to the VM while it was previously deployed.
