Field	Value
Name	The name of the public VLAN
IPv6	Select this checkbox to indicate you require an IPv6 network
Strict	Select for a "strict" network where the platform will automatically generate EUI64 IP addresses
Netmask	The network mask with a value of 64, 56, or 48.
Address	The network address
Tag*	Choose the VLAN tag to use for this VLAN and check its availability
Network service type	Choose the Network Service Type, which represents a Network Interface on the hypervisors.
Primary DNS	Address of the primary DNS server
Secondary DNS	Address of the secondary DNS server
Restricted	Mark this checkbox to restrict this network so only users with the privileges to manage NICs in restricted networks can manage these IPs for VMs
DNS suffix	The default DNS suffix
