OVA deployment

This guide explains how to install a distributed HA cluster environment using OVA files.
For a monolithic environment, see OVA deployment for monolithic
For a distributed scalable environment, see OVA deployment for distributed scalable
Note that this installation is similar to the Distributed scalable environment, but you will need to install extra servers and build the clusters in the post-OVA install steps. See Post-OVA configuration for Distributed HA cluster.
