Tenant hierarchy management
In Abiquo 4.5, through the Abiquo API you can now retrieve the tenants under a reseller or a key node.
The use case is a clearly defined hierarchy of scopes. Each scope should contain a parent node and the direct tenants that it manages. Each enterprise in the scope must have the same default scope.
In future versions, administrators will be able to display aggregate statistics and billing data for resellers and key nodes. This could currently be achieved with custom billing output.
The following diagram shows a sample tenant scope hierarchy. So, for example, for the Unit1
tenant, you can retrieve the key node, which is Customer1
, and the Reseller, which is Reseller1
. This would also be the same for the Department1
tenant, which must have the scope Dept1
.
