Events view for cloud users

The Events view allows you to display information about what is happening in the platform. The events describe actions on resources in the platform. The Events from this view also display on the user's dashboard, and VM events display within the VM. You can filter events by entity and action and by date. You can also access events through the REST API and the streaming API.
