Location	The public cloud region in Google Cloud Platform where the platform will store the metadata of the subnet
Virtual datacenter	To use IPs from this subnet in a virtual datacenter, select the virtual datacenter. In order to deploy a VM, you must have at least one subnet assigned to your virtual datacenter
Global network	The global network that the subnet will belong to
Name	Name of the subnet. Automatically created subnets will have the same name as their global network
CIDR	The network address and mask of the subnet
Purpose	Select a Purpose. The options are: Private: for private networks (this will usually be the case for for use in your virtual datacenter, etc.) Internal HTTPS loadbalancer: for internal load balancers Private service connect: for access to Google Cloud services through a private network Regional managed proxy: for internal and regional external load balancers
Enable flow logs	Sample network traffic and store it in cloud provider logs
Private services access	Enable your VMs to connect with provider or third party networks with services through subnet addresses
Default virtual datacenter subnet	Select to make this network the default subnet, replacing the existing default subnet
