This guide describes how to use ISO disks on VMware hypervisors on the platform.

When you create a template with a an ISO, specify an extra disk as part of the template.
- The platform will create a bootable disk, so the user can later remove the ISOan additional hard disk
- The user can change the size of the disk before they deploy a VM.

To remove an ISO disk from the VM
- Power off the VM
- Edit If necessary, edit the VM storage and in the boot order and change the ISO disk from sequence number 0 to another value, e.g. 1
- Remove the ISO disk
- Save the changes
- Power on the VM
