Troubleshooting remote access with Guacamole

If remote access to public cloud is not working, it may be because sometimes the Docker container for guacd does not launch automatically on a new install or when you update Abiquo.

Log in to the Remote Services server as an administrator

To check if the container is up, run this command.

docker ps -a

If the original guacd container is not listed in the response, launch a container with this command.

docker run --name abq-guacd -d -p 4822:4822 guacamole/guacd

After the container launches, remote access to public cloud should work as before.
