Use the AWX repo service
Check the state of the AWX repo service
The platform will check the connectivity with the AWX server.
Privileges: Use enterprise services, Use location services, Use virtual datacenter services

To check the state of the AWX repo Service.
Go to myCloud→ Locations
Select a location and go to Service configurations
Edit the AWX Service and go to State
Click Update now
Optionally, reduce the time between checks, and save
Abiquo displays the status of the connection to the AWX server.
To go directly to the State display, click on the round state indicator beside the AWX repo service name
List AWX templates
Abiquo can connect to your AWX system and list the workflows that you can launch there.Â
Privileges:
Use enterprise services, and Run actions on usable services, or Manage enterprises
Use location services, and Run actions on usable services, or Manage virtual datacenters
Use virtual datacenter services, and Run actions on usable services, or Manage virtual datacenters

To list AWX templates, and then optionally, onboard them into Abiquo.
Go to Users or myCloud → locations or myCloud → virtual datacentersÂ
Select an enterprise, location, or virtual datacenter, and go to Service configurations
Select the AWXRepoService.
On the right hand side of the screen, from the options menu, select List workflows.Â

If you only have one workflow, Abiquo will select it automatically
Select a workflow
Click Accept to add it to Abiquo
Abiquo will register the workflow service and users will be able to launch it from the Service options menu.
Launch an AWX workflow service
To launch an AWX workflow service:Â Â
Go to Users, or myCloud → Locations, or myCloud → Virtual datacentersÂ
Select your enterprise or location or virtual datacenter, and go to Service configurations
Select the AWX Workflow service
On the right hand side of the screen, from the options menu, select Launch
Complete the dialog to supply the required parameters.Â
For example, when launching a workflow to create a Kubernetes cluster, specify where Abiquo should create the cluster, the name of the template to use for the VMs, and the hardware profile.
Click Accept
Abiquo will launch your workflow template. You can check the state of the job by clicking on the round state indicator button.Â
Delete an AWX artifact
Abiquo will represent the output of your AWX template as an artifact in the UI. To delete this artifact:
Go to Users, or myCloud → Locations, or myCloud → Virtual datacentersÂ
Select your enterprise or location or virtual datacenter, and go to Service configurations
Select the artifact, and at the bottom of the screen, click the trash bin delete button.
