Edit backup policy properties

To define the characteristics of the backups offered in the platform, configure backup properties. 

To configure the backup properties:

1. Go to Infrastructure

2. Go to Private and select a datacenter or Public and select a public cloud region

3. Go to Backup policies

4. Click Edit properties and select any of these:

   1. Enable multiple restore: Let users to restore a backup more than once. If activated, when the restore status is failed or success, the Restore link in the UI will activate again.

   2. Enable multiple backup policies: Let users select more than one policy per VM

   3. Enable update when deployed: Let users change backup policies and backup details
      when a VM is deployed

   4. Enable backup now: For Networker and Rubrik only. Display a Backup now button on the Backup tab that lets users request an immediate manual backup.
