Manage users

 

This page describes how to manage users for the Cloud administrator or Reseller administrator.
For details of how to manage user access to the platform, see Manage user access to the platform.
For details of how to manage users for a Tenant administrator, see Manage users for tenant admin.


Display users

To display users of your enterprise:

Privilege: Manage users

  1. On the Main menu, click the User icon

 

To display the users of one or more enterprises:

Privilege: Manage users, Manage users of all enterprises

  1. In the Enterprises list, filter or select an enterprise to display its users. See Search for resources and filter the search


Create a user

Before you begin:

  1. If you are a Cloud administrator or Reseller administrator

    1. Optionally, to limit the user to a list of resources, create a scope for the user

    2. Choose a role with the appropriate privileges, or create a role

Display connected users

If you have the privilege to display connected users, you can display the users that are currently logged in.

To display the users who are currently logged in:

  1. From the main menu, go to Users → Users

  2. Select the Show logged users tab.

The Show logged tab displays the users that are currently logged in.




Move a user to another tenant

If you manage users in multiple tenants, to move a user to another tenant:

  1. In the Enterprises list, select the user

  2. Drag and drop the user to a new enterprise

Note that you cannot edit the user to change the user's enterprise.
