In Abiquo 6.1.1, in private cloud, users can create a virtual datacenter with no private network. In previous versions, Abiquo always created a default private network, even if the default network was another type of network, such as an external network.

In Abiquo 6.1.2, Abiquo support for the creation of VDCs with no network in the platform is as follows.

The None option is available. This will create a VPC without subnets and NAT. The user should select the Address range for the VPC.

Set default networks

To create another type of default network, you can select the default network for an enterprise in a datacenter. To do this, go to Users view and edit the enterprise. Then go to Allowed and edit the datacenter, then go to Default network.

After you create a virtual datacenter, you can set the default network to be a private, external, or public network. To do this, edit the network in the virtual datacenter and select the Default checkbox.
