This page describes how to configure Azure billing data for standard accounts that the user obtained directly from Microsoft.
To configure a reseller account, please see Display Azure billing data

The platform must have the billing dashboard available (it is on the Hybrid tab of the Default dashboard) and your user must the privilege to View bills. The administrator can also configure a Price factor in Pricing view for provider billing data.

To configure the billing dashboard for Azure.

  1. In Azure, for the app role created for your account, grant access to billing records

  2. In the Abiquo enterprise, create the following properties:

    1. azurecompute-arm_discount: can be set to 0. This is a required property

    2. azurecompute-arm_currency_code: by default, USD - the three character currency code of the bill. (warning) It is different from currency_code used for conversion factor. This is a required property

    3. billing.azure.country_code: by default, US - the two digit ISO code representing the country where you purchased the subscription. (The administrator can also set a default in the Remote Services properties as abiquo.billing.azure.country_code.)

  3. Save the enterprise

The platform may take up to 2 days to display data in the Estimated bill section of the dashboard.
