To assign cost codes for extra charges to a VM:

Privileges: Manage virtual machine extra charges

  1. Edit the VM

  2. Go to Extra charges
    (warning) You cannot change cost codes for extra charges that are from the hardware profile or template 

  3. Click the + add button

  4. Select a cost code for an Extra charge

    1. For a cost code for an extra charge with Usage user licenses, enter the number of Users for the VM

  5. After you finish editing the VM, click Save
