Azure MySQL service summary

Manage Azure database for MySQL service (with a single server) as part of your Abiquo multicloud platform.

Requirements

  • Abiquo setup:

    • Public cloud region

    • Enterprise with Azure credentials for Abiquo compute

Default configuration

  • Obtains Azure credentials from Abiquo (cloud location) to connect to MySQL service

Entities

  • Azure database for MySQL servers is available in Azure regions. 

  • Abiquo recommends you use this service with:

    • Location: of type “azurecompute-arm”

Status

  • No status

  • Check name availability: enter server name → result indicates if the name is available.

  • Create single server: → AzureMySQLSErverInstanceService

    • Resource group name

    • Server name

    • Service level objective

    • Storage profile

    • Version, Infrastructure encryption

    • Minimal TLS version

    • SSL enforcement

    • Admin username

    • Admin password

    • Confirm password

  • List servers

  • List servers by resource group

Manage an Azure MySQL instance as part of your Abiquo cloud platform.

Requirements

  • Azure MySQL Service requirements

  • Produced by Azure MySQL Service

Default configuration

  • Same as Azure MySQL service

Entities

  • Given an Azure MySQL Service that can be used by a VDC, import or create MySQL instances

  • Abiquo recommends you use this service with:

    • Location: of type “azurecompute-arm”
