The platform will display different  will vary depending on a user's privileges and enterprise scope.

Cloud Administrator privileges

For the default Cloud Administrator role, the platform will display a list of all enterprises in the left pane and all users in the right pane. 

The access controls are:

  • (tick) Manage enterprises privilege
  • (tick) Manage users of all enterprises privilege
  • Global scope to allow access to all enterprises (see administration scope). 

To allow the administrator to switch to a different tenant in Users view (and on the Home view dashboard).

  • Allow user to switch enterprise privilege.

In this case, the user can click the Switch enterprises button to switch to another enterprise.

For a Power Reseller Administrator the access controls are:

  • (tick) Manage enterprises privilege
  • (tick) Manage users of all enterprises privilege
  • Limited scope to allow access to the reseller's enterprises (see Manage Scopes)
  • In addition, the user will be able to share resources with tenants in scopes beneath their scope (see Manage resource scopes)



For a user with the default Enterprise Administrator role, the platform will only display the users of the administrator's enterprise.

The access controls are:

  • (error) Manage enterprises
  • (error) Manage users of all enterprises privileges
  • Recommended scope: the user's own enterprise

To create a Basic Reseller Administrator, you can also use these access controls. The Basic Reseller Administrator can log in with a user in each of their enterprises in order to manage the users.

For a user with a standard Enterprise Administrator role, the platform will display the administrator's own enterprise in the left pane and all enterprises in scope.

The access controls are:

  • (tick) Manage enterprises privilege, which displays all enterprises in the user's scope
  • (error) Manage users of all enterprises privilege
  • Recommended scope: the user's own enterprise.
    • With the user's enterprise is in scope, the user will be able to manage their own enterprise only
    • The user will have access to enterprise attributes that do not require additional privileges
    • The user will be able to display all the enterprises in their scope
