1. In Azure, for the app role created for your account, grant access to billing records

2. In the Abiquo enterprise, create the following properties:

   1. azurecompute-arm_discount: can be set to 0. This is a required propertya value of 0 for this property. It is only used for reseller billing

   2. azurecompute-arm_currency_code: by default, USD - the three character currency code of the bill. It is different from currency_code used for conversion factor. This is a required property

   3. billing.azure.country_code: by default, US - the two digit ISO code representing the country where you purchased the subscription. (The administrator can also set a default in the Remote Services properties as abiquo.billing.azure.country_code.)

3. Save the enterprise
