To modify a virtual machine template, select the template and click on the control menu button in the top-right corner and select Edit. A user can only modify a template from the template's owner enterprise. This means that to modify a shared template, you may have to switch enterprises to the owner enterprise. You can switch enterprises in in Home View or or Users view.
