Enterprise resources and virtual datacenter resources

This panel shows statistics of the resources used by an enterprise in all accessible datacenters, or the selected virtual datacenter. It also displays soft limits and hard limits when used. The display will depend on the user's scope and privileges. If the user does not have the privileges to display enterprise statistics and limits, only the virtual datacenter statistics will be available.

Privilege: Display enterprise statistics, Display enterprise limits in statistics

By default, the statistics are updated at the interval set with the "Refresh interval for dashboard" parameter at Configuration View#Dashboard.

This is a list of details of all the virtual appliances in the platform, including:

  • Virtual appliance name
  • Virtual datacenter currently hosting this virtual appliance
  • Total VMs deployed
  • Currently running VMs

Events

Privilege: Display all events for current enterprise, Display all events

This is a condensed view of the Events view logs. It is controlled with the same privileges as the Events view, so if the user has no events privileges, no events window will display here. Otherwise, the window will display all events for the enterprise or all events, depending on the user's role, privileges and scope.

You can filter the events by severity, including All, ERROR, INFO, and WARN.
