In Abiquo 4.6, you can create limits per provider. In public cloud, this means for all regions of the provider. In vCloud Director, this means that you can create a limit per endpoint URL.
Note that in previous versions you could optionally enable a provider defaults dialog. In Abiquo 4.6, the limits are set for the whole provider. In previous versions of Abiquo, the limits were set as the default for each region of the provider.
