In Abiquo 4.6, you can create limits per provider. In public cloud, this means for all regions of the provider. In vCloud Director, this means that you can create a limit per endpoint URL.
It is important to note that the functionality of this dialog has changed. In Abiquo 4.6, the limits are set at the provider level. In previous versions of Abiquo, the limits you enter are set for all regions of the provider.
