To display public cloud billing data or synchronize public cloud price lists, the tenant will require credentials to access the public cloud pricing information.
This page focuses on Azure because it has separate pricing credentials.
For other providers, for billing access, the pricing credentials may be the same as the compute credentials.
Before you begin:
Obtain pricing credentials for your provider. See Obtain public cloud credentials
For Azure standard accounts, see Obtain Azure ARM credentials
For Azure CSP accounts, see Obtain Azure ARM pricing credentials for CSP
Privileges: Manage enterprises, Manage pricing credentials, Access users view
To add separate public cloud pricing credentials:
Edit the enterprise and go to Credentials → Pricing
Select the Provider and/or region
For the Access key ID, for:
Azure standard accounts, enter
normal#subscription-id#app-id#tenant-id#offer-durable-id
Azure CSP accounts, enter
csp#tenantId#clientId#accessToken#refreshToken
For Secret access key, for Azure, enter the password for the application.
Click Add account. The platform will validate your credentials with the cloud provider and save them
Finish editing the enterprise and click Save
For resellers and partners (Amazon organization and Azure CSP), to create a customer account in the provider and add it to an enterprise in the platform:
Privileges: Manage user creation in provider
Click the enterprise create account button
Complete the account details.

To request billing data from a provider on demand:
Privilege: Generate billing
For partner or standard accounts, click the right arrow Generate billing button. By default there is a limit of 2 requests per day.
The platform will display the billing data on the Home view Hybrid dashboard widgets. See Hybrid
