Optional monitoring properties for KVM hypervisor

In the AIM properties file in the [stats] section to manage statistics for metrics and monitoring:

1. collectFreqSeconds = 60

2. refreshFreqSeconds = 30

3. database = /var/lib/abiquo-aim.db
