Control access to Users view elements

If your user has a Cloud Admin or a Reseller Admin role, the platform will display a list of enterprises, and you can select an enterprise to edit its users. The privilege that gives you access to the Enterprises list in this view is Manage users of all enterprises.

The privilege that enables you to log directly in to different enterprises without logging out (as in the Home view) is Allow user to switch enterprise. If your user has this privilege, the platform will display the Switch enterprises button when you select the Enterprise name.

You can view and manage users of the enterprises in your user scope. And you can share resources with tenants in scopes beneath your scope.

If your user role is a Tenant Admin role, it does not have the privilege to Manage users of other enterprises, so you can only display and manage users of your own enterprise.

If you have more tenants to manage, you may be able to log in as a user of each of these tenant enterprises and manage their users.
