This is an example for a distributed environment worksheet. Check Distributed environment worksheet to get clean worksheets for your environment. Some notes:

The hostnames must be valid Linux hostnames
Abiquo appliances use static network configuration
NTP servers are compulsory and should be functional. Otherwise, clock synchronization dependent features will not work as expected
The server appliance public FQDN must be resolvable on customer premises. A functional DNS entry will be required
The template repository folder must be present and fulfill the requirements as stated in the Installation page
The rabbitMQ server address in the Remote Server and V2V appliances must be the datanode appliance management IP address. If a datanode is not used, it must the address of the Abiquo Server
