What is it?

The backup plugin archetype is a tool to create the base structure of backup plugin project that works with Abiquo.

What do I do with the result?

Using the backup plugin archetype you will create a base project.

So you need to implement the necessary business logic to configure your backup system with the data supplied by Abiquo.

So Abiquo sends the VM and the backup schedule information to the plugin and expects that the plugin will configure the backup system.

And when I finish the project?

You should place it in the appropriate Abiquo components (webapps):

• API

• Virtual Factory

• Cloud Provider Proxy (cpp)
