Azure ARM firewalls and load balancers

Abiquo 4.0 introduces firewall policies and load balancer policies for Azure ARM. Abiquo ensures that the user can only create firewalls or load balancers that are compatible with Microsoft Azure ARM.

Current versions of Abiquo integrate with Basic SKU load balancers, but for the latest details, please see Azure load balancers table
