Abiquo 5.1 introduces the a new pricing element, the fee per VM.

Now when administrators create a pricing model, in the resource prices, administrators can set a price per VM. This is a flat fee per VM per hour that the platform will add to other VM price elements, such as price per CPU and price per GB of RAM.

As an example of this fee, consider a user who is paying 0.01 per CPU and 0.01 per GB of RAM and 0.01 per VM.

For a VM with 2 CPUs and 4 GBs of RAM, the pricing estimate elements for these core VM elements will be as follows.

CPU  0.02
RAM 0.04
xVM  0.01
         ------

Total: 0.07 per hour

The fee per VM will be included in the pricing estimate cost for each VM.

It is also included in Abiquo billing data.

The fee per VM is not available in Abiquo Reporting
