To assign extra charges with cost codes for extra charges to a VM:

1. Edit the VM

2. Go to Extra charges
    You cannot change cost codes for extra charges that are from the hardware profile or template 

3. Click the + add button

4. Select a cost code for an Extra charge

   For

   with a cost code

   for

   1. For an extra charge a cost code with Usage user licenses unit, enter the number of Users for the VM

5. After you finish editing the VM, click Save
