Changes to enterprise properties for AWS billing

Abiquo 6.0.0

Before you upgrade, add the amazon_bucket_region as an enterprise property. The value is the code for the AWS region where your billing bucket is located (for example, us-east-1)

AWS enterprise properties for resellers table

amazon_bucket	Name of the S3 bucket where Amazon stores billing data. Change value for v5.2.0. This was previously reseller ID in the yaml configuration file.
amazon_bucket_region	Code for the AWS region where the bucket configured is located (for example us-east-1).
