Exclude Azure billing entries by Product ID. On the Remote Services server, set the abiquo.azure.billing.parser.lineitem.productid.ignore.path property to define a path to a file that contains a list of all the products to ignore. The file is a CSV file with one column (so it is a list of items on separate lines and it contains no commas).
