Protect VM padlock button on the VM control panel
- Privileges: Protect virtual machine
- Blocks actions on a VM in the platform by users who do not have the privilege
- The VM must be ON, PAUSED, or OFF
- The Cause or reason for protecting the VM will display together with the administrator's Name in the VM General details
- A padlock symbol displays on the top left corner of the VM icon
- The status bar of the VM icon changes to display MAINTENANCE. You can customize this status in the UI labels
- VM attributes: protected (boolean) and protectedCause (string)
