To use a public cloud region in vCloud, you must add Organization credentials for the tenant.
When working with the PCR = public cloud region as a provider vDC mode, you should also enter the administrator credentials in order to tag the org vDC and know in which for the provider vDC that it belongs (Org users cannot display the provider VDC)to because the Organization vDC credentials do not have access to the Provider vDC details. If the same organization has more than a single org vDC in the same provider vDC, then the system administrator should use ''vcd-system-region'' tool in order to tag a single vDC for use in the platform.
